One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Incredible service from the moment you enter the property. We were greeted with fresh coconuts and staff that really went out of their way to help us (like Xiao Liu on reception who was so helpful).
The views are amazing, the whole hotel is very peaceful and the staff so friendly. We didn’t get the name of the server at the restaurant - but he was really good. He remembered our preferences each morning for breakfast and made us feel really special.
We got a starry night cave hot tub room and it is worth every penny. We felt so relaxed over the 3 nights we stayed, so much was included in our package. The housekeeping was especially efficient - always cleaning our room while we had breakfast.
The food was delicious, we really enjoyed the steak for dinner. The cocktails were also made to perfection.
We felt so sad leaving as we can’t imagine any other hotel will feel as luxurious as this.
We felt the hotel was very good value for money, having stayed in similar hotels in Europe and the Maldives that would be much more expensive and not have the same calm boutique feel.

感覺實景比照片更美，最喜歡的是酒店設計用了很多温潤的石材，搭配木質傢俱，真的很放鬆。從前去海邊度假壓力還是蠻大的，因為人真的很多！但是這裏私密性真的非常好，進來要錄車牌，真的是私人沙灘了。餐廳外的礁石海景非常喜歡！然後，早餐還是蠻驚喜的，大人吃的西式，食材非常新鮮，小朋友吃的牛肉粿條，還挺地道的，好吃！聽説還有兩個海景餐廳未開業，很期待呀。在這裏真的太放鬆啦！

環境：景色很美，海水很藍，整個房間的view無敵了，黃昏玩沙灘也是很舒服
服務：表揚管家小鵬，羣裏處理事情還是很及時，前台的工作人員也挺熱情周到
需要改善的地方較多，畢竟剛開業，我衹能多份理解：
服務：餐廳服務人員培訓不足，晚餐時候我們三人已經坐下來一段時間了一杯水都不給，叫兩次服務員拿杯水，還真的衹拿一杯水，動動腦筋都知道要給3杯吧？！
衞生：房間衞生整體還行，畢竟新的，但最嚴重的問題是被單下面的床單居然有沙，不是一點點，整個床都是，還有些不是屬於我們的毛髮，到底你們保潔有沒有換床單的？！太噁心了。另外，不知道是我一直住國際連鎖酒店還是見識少，現在酒店還提供biyun套，外加這沒換過的床單，更噁心！
3700+一晚的酒店不應該如此！

此情此景的感受就是，到了公區就不想動，非常有設計感，靜靜地發呆都很舒服。到了房間也不想動，所有軟硬件實在太有品質了，這家老闆也太有品味了吧，所有選品我給滿分。簡直無可挑剔，非常贊

從廣州開車過來，非常方便。酒店的一切真的非常驚艷，最難得的是這裏竟然有絕美的玻璃海和半山温泉泡池。入住贈送了3小時泡池，躺在半山泡池裡，喝着冰咖啡，看着白色私家沙灘邊清澈透明的海水，顏色由近而遠淺藍至深藍。明媚的陽光灑在海面上，如畫的遠山和船衹，我和先生驚歎這裏竟藏着一處如此美麗浪漫而又靜怡的心靈之所！
酒店大堂精緻典雅，房間不但擁有一線海景，處處體現人性化的設計，我最喜歡的當屬房間裝修使用的粉色的貝殼化石石材和米黃色的條形自然石，高級又親近自然的感覺。房間送了水果和甜品，小吃也是免費享用的。值得一提的還有，水龍頭和淋浴設施非常漂亮，水流很大且流暢，調節水温靈敏而方便。
由於急於推薦給鄰居們，我們還參觀了酒店馬上要開業的區域，順手拍了張照片，真的很美～
