位置還可以 旁邊有711 房間挺大的也算比較乾淨 行政套房有全身鏡 專門的化粧台 獨立的衞浴 也可以泡茶 窗外夜景也還不錯 其他房型不瞭解 不足的地方也有很多 提一些建議 大廳進來辦理入住 能看到的衹有大廳 前台旁邊可以弄個飲水機或者一些沙發和椅子 一定是顧客進來就能看到的！而不是設計在角落裡 因為前台工作人員人數不多 看到的也就三個 我們到酒店的時候工作人員還在辦理上個顧客的入住 我們還在旁邊等了一會 才主動來問我們 我在其他酒店住的時候 一進去前台會主動和你打招呼 微笑着問是不是需要辦理入住 甚至還不是品牌酒店 這點你們需要學習 不夠細心 感覺像暑假工 五星好評是因為前台答應幫我們延遲到下午三點退房的要求 所以我們答應可以給你們五星的 這個沒問題 當然有建議我們還是正常提出來 房間的大沙發很硬 感覺坐在石頭上 希望可以弄軟一點 加幾個小枕頭更好 坐的不是很舒服 還有浴室沒有任何可以掛衣服的地方 不是很方便 晚上睡覺的時候 空調外機聲音有點吵 影響睡眠 還有就是浴室的花灑 不知道是花灑的問題還是水質的問題 感覺水很硬 糙糙的 洗完不夠舒服 不過水壓是蠻大的 房間的建議就這些 還是迴歸到前台工作人員不夠細心這個問題 因為在外面玩 延遲到下午三點時間不夠 我們又花錢加了四個小時的時間 也就是晚上7.00要退房 我們6.50到的酒店 因為時間比較着急 所以趕緊上樓收拾 電梯等半天 機器人還和我們擠電梯（機器人一個人可以站一整個電梯位置 而且電梯就兩台） 上電梯房卡突然不能用 滴一下卡 樓層亂跳 給我們送到了15樓 想着説15樓到了 走樓梯往下去 結果到15樓 根本找不到樓梯 浪費了一堆時間 那會已經又過去五六分鐘了 又衹能坐電梯回到一樓 然後説房卡要給我們重新弄一下 那會才知道用不了是因為延遲退房的原因 蒽那會我們挺生氣的其實 因為明明知道我們延遲到晚上7.00退房 就應該提早説一下 搞的我們跑到15樓又回來1樓 甚至找不到樓梯 我們也不知道是根本沒有樓梯還是有樓梯我們沒找到 前台一定要細心啊 細心！酒店還需要加強 品牌酒店要做的更好才對
