I'm very impressed at how clean and organized this hotel is. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I, as a foreigner, felt very welcomed. I loved every single thing about this hotel. I will be coming back to this hotel for the next time I travel back to China

The hotel mgmt horrible. 1. No one is guarding the front desk while two staffs are talking with people about how to book a room. I had to wait there, no instruction, no line, no staff for 5 minutes. 2. The room has no drawer, no bath rope and still have some chemical smell from new renovation. 3. It is abusing labor force, each housekeeping 30+ rooms per day. No wonder I can’t get room cleaned until 6pm despite specifically requesting the housekeeper. 4. The hotel has 20+ floors and each floor with 30+ rooms, but only three elevator. Imagine how long you have to wait for the elevator, 5th, the hotel time says check out at 2pm and yet your card stopped working at 12pm. 6th, storing luggage here max 3 days. Overall, I think it is a great service apartment, not a hotel in my opinion. Again it is 25% cheaper than my normal hotels. So probably good quality for the price, but I won’t come back again.

Super clean hotel, maybe because it just opens this year. While the hotel is a bit busy, don’t even have a room at 5p.m.
The location is ok, not the best, but it closes to the mtr, which is alright.

Overall rating: 90 points. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great sense of space, making the stay very comfortable.
However, the bathroom had a slight sewer smell, which detracted from the overall experience. Soundproofing could also be improved, but this seems to be a common problem with most hotels.
Breakfast could be improved; the taste was not up to par. I only tried breakfast once during my two-night stay, and I only stayed for about 15 minutes before leaving. It was truly unpalatable.

The room is spacious and the decoration style is very new. The environment is also very quiet. I can't hear people talking outside. I sleep very well. I have stayed here twice this year. I like to stay here every time I come to Shenzhen.
