My second visit, this time 2 nights and 2 rooms as I brought my family along with me since my trial stay last weekend. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special by helping us with a birthday decoration in our room and The Lounge 1872 respectively. New hotel, everything is new. It feels very cool when you enter the hotel lobby. The space is large and the design is modern.
It was Saturday, and the occupancy rate was high, but Carol Li at the front desk was very good and helped us upgrade to a high-floor suite with a bathtub. The children were super happy because they could take a bubble bath. The suite was large, with 2 toilets, open views, and sufficient air conditioning. The room attendant was quickly delivered to the room when I asked him to bring the items.
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. It is less than a 10-minute walk from the Sea World Station. There is a 7-11 at the nearby intersection.
There are many breakfast options, and the porridge is great.
Worth staying again.

We had a day trip to Nanshan, Shenzhen and encountered heavy rain. We booked a room at the newly opened hotel. The lobby was low-key and luxurious, the receptionist was polite, the room was clean and tidy, and the design was novel and fashionable, much like the Rosewood in Hong Kong. The restaurant was on the top floor, and the breakfast food was rich and high-quality, and it was as romantic as the misty scenery outside the window. We had a very pleasant morning. Check out was convenient and fast, and the receptionist Sam was attentive and considerate. I will come again with my family next time it is sunny.
