Super nice hotel w great location and aesthetic deco. The pillows and quilts are super soft and good for sleeping. Also breakfast is exceptional!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the tasteful and modern decor—stylish yet welcoming, with every detail carefully curated to create a relaxing atmosphere. One of the most memorable features of the hotel is its unique signature scents, which subtly lingers throughout the space. We were also offered to choose 1 scent for our room. It adds a refreshing and luxurious touch that sets the tone for a peaceful stay. The breakfast and supper offerings were excellent, with a diverse selection of delicious dishes and healthy beverages. The meals were well-prepared and thoughtfully presented, making dining at the hotel something to genuinely look forward to. Overall, the service was attentive, the ambiance delightful, and every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations.

the Good , location and access to food, clean and nice staff the bad, there is no car lobby, so if you are lugging large luggage, you be dropped off in middle of main road, and you have to walk around this hedge to reach the hotel lobby. If you are a serious gym user, its pathetic, but clean. it tries to be avant-garde but i find somethings really annoying, like I can't for the life of me figure out how to boil the kettle, i accidentally turn it on once, thats about it. The TV annoyingly always come on when i come into room, and i have to spend 5mins looking for the darn control to turn it off so i can go to bed. If you are someone who wants overseas movie channels and news (BBC, CNN, HBO,etc), thre is none, only local channels available.

This was my first stay and also the first after renovation. The hotel is very new and clean; the location is great and convenient with lots of taxis downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. Right below is the large KKOne shopping mall with many eateries. However, I found the food at 京味章和粵菜皇府 not very good, though the service was excellent. Talking about the hotel itself: hardware-wise, I requested a high-floor room but only got the 20th floor, which was a bit disappointing. The booking said 500 sq.ft., but it didn’t feel that big. However, all the facilities I wanted were provided or even better. I didn’t check the brands of the pillows and mattress, but it was the most comfortable bed I’ve had in recent months at various hotels — I slept through the night, which is rare. The soundproofing was great; no disturbance from neighbors’ doors. Software-wise, the room was exceptionally clean. The check-in staff downstairs were helpful and provided good service. Our room included afternoon tea, but the food was disappointing — I wouldn’t recommend it and felt no loss skipping it. There was also a late-night snack included, but I didn’t try it, so I don’t know the taste. Breakfast was good—not with many varieties, but tasty and some dishes were special and well done, like proper baked beans (not just beans in tomato water). The hotel smells nice too!

Very professional, attentive and friendly staff who are always ready to go out of their way to assist guests. Special compliments to 思源，十九 and the bell staff who always made sure our Didi drivers know exactly where we were going. One of the best team of staff we ever encountered in China and better than most of the other parts of the world like Korea and Japan and Europe. We will definitely be back and greatly recommend this hotel to people who appreciates great service.

The hotel is greatly located in the center of Futian right above of KK one. The hotel is very clean and well equipped with great amenities such as heated eye mask and le labo shower kit which is out of my expectation. Besides the room has a lovely tea station which is perfect for tea lover like me! Highly recommended!
