華住會旗下新開的酒店，雖然沒有龍崗漫心驚艷，但房間OK，前台小哥哥工作用心，服務好，下午辦入住時的那位，忘了問他名字。樓層服務員大姐也非常有效率，雖然裝修顏色較舊，但耐看，早餐味道不錯，床、枕頭舒服。11F窗外有二根大大交叉的鋼棍，無視野可觀，只能關閉窗簾。清潔工人用客電梯乘載好幾袋大垃圾，臭不可聞，希望下次來，拜託別讓我遇見這件事。

從未有如此熱情貼心的工作人員
如上所述，我老住酒店，這間酒店幾乎沒有差評，這間酒店工作人員很貼心，讓我覺得辛苦那種，酒店公共設施裏的桌椅都挺漂亮的。酒店的房間也很新，毛巾也是。然後也是機器人送餐啊，安全性保障。
反而是很多客人，洗衣房是公用的，本來人就多，洗兩件衣服還要分開洗，一件洗30分鐘以上，更有甚者一件衣服洗了一個小時，洗完之後再放衣服進去再洗一個小時，無限佔用一部洗衣機和烘乾機，別人都不用用的，對我就是杵哪兒看着這些人。
總而言之，值得入住。

住了兩晚，酒店新，房間寬大舒適，服務也不錯。這次和兩位長者家一起出遊，他們也挺滿意。有兩點美中不足的是：
第一：打開廁所燈連帶掛衣架的燈也一起開，有點亮晚上有點睡不着。
第二：第二天開始水壓弱了很多，前台説在維修。最後送三個精美的眼罩，安撫了一下。
下次有機會還會再來～

1. 酒店剛開業，所以所有設備都挺新的，酒店的保安亦很嚴密，外賣**的單號都需要對上訂房人的姓名。
2. 房間的設備非常充足，洗手間很大，環境很舒服，亦感受到寧靜，唯一一點建議是沐浴間的問題，沐浴間門是推拉門，但在裡面且沒有手把的情況下，很難拉開門，只可靠外面的人幫忙推開才能打開這個門。
3. 早餐簡單，但算不錯，若可以再多幾款菜式更好，例如蔬菜等，但整體滿意。
4. 地理位置上頗遠的，離紅嶺C2出口約13分鐘路程，離園嶺C出口約8分鐘路程，如有行李箱更建議在園嶺站，因為紅嶺C2出口沒有升降機。
整體而言，算是挺滿意的，酒店小姐姐都很友善，亦麻煩酒店小哥哥幫忙送外賣上房間。
