The staff service was really excellent, especially those at the reception. I had issues with my Taobao deliveries being sent to the hotel, they helped to call and also retrieve my parcels. Any requests were willingly obliged, always with smiles. Highly recommend to stay here.

Excelent fitness room. Near the Shenzhen train station. Very clean and very new. I like that you can do your laundry in your room. Staff was always friendly and ready to help.

The hotel is a brand new hotel just open in March 2025. It’s bed is super comfy and hot water come instantly. Metro is also around the corners, plus last of all it has a friendly staff.

Location is near MTR, easy to get around the area. Hotel is brand new, all the amenities are in pristine condition. Quiet environment, near office space. Eateries and breakfast spots just opposite the accommodation. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Very happy with our stay!

One of the best hotel i ever stay in shenzhen, its very new clean , and everything in the room are high quality! Thanks for the receptionist, he is very helpful and speak good english , make it so much easier to communicate
