he hotel is new and clean, fully equipped with amenities. The front desk staff were very helpful. There are restaurants and drink shops nearby, and it’s easy to walk to the metro station."

The hotel is 99% tidy. Staff was friendly. Soundproof is 70% good but if someone talked loudly you will wake up unavoidably. Bad thing happened to my room , when I took a toothbrush to use, I was surprised why it is opened before I use. Since I was tired I almost used it but I suddenly noticed that there was water inside so it is not only opened before but someone used it before and the housekeeper put it in the tray. It was very shocking for me. Imagine someone who is drunk, they will surely put the used brush into the mouth without thinking much.

Great hotel. Brand new everything is clean and staff is nice. It would be great to add a stool in the room and some tea and coffee.

New hotel just opened so everything is new small room, but the space thought through you get a kettle for tea and coffee there wasn’t any safe or fridge.
Bed was firm and comfortable pillows were soft and amazing shower had great pressure, toilet had the bum gun attachment
They have a laundry room which you can use for free it has two washing machines and two tumble dryers
Location is amazing you are in the middle of eateries, supermarkets and close to a mtr station
The room space is good you have usb plug sockets, would have been great if they had a fridge overall I would stay here again

Sparkling clean and absolutely new! The technology upgrades are great, I didn’t have to draw the curtain myself at all. Lovely staff. Not a long walk from the stations and a big mall. Enjoyed everything.
