While I appreciated the kind assistance from the night receptionist who accommodated our late check-out request, my overall experience was inconsistent. I was disappointed that my initial request for a sea view room upgrade (which seemed possible from what I read on Trip.com) wasn’t fulfilled, and the daytime receptionist’s response about late check-out felt dismissive—we needed clarity in advance to plan our departure. Thankfully, the later staff member resolved this kindly, but more proactive and uniform service would have improved our stay.

Haha, this is my first time here at this hotel. It's pretty nice and comfortable. It's also close to the beach. It's really suitable for a vacation. My daughter had a lot of fun. I must recommend the fried rice in the restaurant. It's really delicious. I look forward to coming here again during the next holiday. I have recommended it to my friends haha.
