This is my first stay in Jianguo Palace Hotel Shenzhen, very conveniently located right next to 粤海门 station where it can bring you to 人才 park and 万象城 a very big mall with lots of great fun and shops.
Hotel check in was smooth and welcoming with 小陈 and 小雪，刘桂 was always there for my daily needs even though I didn't request for room make up daily. Not forgetting the smooth checkout by 小田 and花花 thank you for making me feel like home during the stay from 18th to 21st April feels like home.
Once again Thank you 小陈 for helping me to get to the wholesale market where I bought what I was hoping to buy in my shopping list cos she listens to my needs and directed me to the right place where I got to taste a bowl of very nicely cooked Teochew beef noodles before I head back to the hotel.
A very big shout out to 辣椒 what an awesome employee you have in Jianguo not only helping me to get the ride to the airport he ensure my luggage wheels are not ruined by the construction in front of the hotel HE CARRIED MY 22KG LUGGAGE ALL THE WAY ONTO THE Didi and he ensured the driver helped me to unload my luggage when I arrive at the airport 🤩 He is a treasure to the hotel! Once again thank you very much 辣椒 for your kindness ensuring my safety you have done a great job 🙏🙏💝

This hotel is perfect for foreigners – many international guests stay here, and the staff is very helpful and speaks some English. The breakfast is also amazing, with a mix of Western and Chinese options that are super tasty.

这是我住过的最好的酒店之一。房间里的设施让我特别满意，尤其是淋浴和吹风机，品质非常高，设计也很漂亮，一般酒店里都没有这么好的设备。床、被子和枕头都特别舒服，我一躺下就能立刻入睡。
房间里的智能家居系统设计得非常棒，不用下床就可以开关窗帘、调节灯光，非常方便。空调系统也非常先进，我从没见过用触控面板控制的空调，操作简单又科技感十足。
早餐非常美味，应该是我在中国酒店吃过最好的早餐了。用餐区还有一个很漂亮的露台，早上坐在那里喝咖啡特别惬意。
工作人员也非常友好热情。有一次外卖小哥把我的餐送错了，是前台的工作人员帮我找回来的，真的很感谢她的帮助。
酒店的位置也非常棒，步行范围内有很多好吃的餐厅和酒吧，附近还有漂亮的江边和公园可以散步。而且酒店就在地铁站上方，出门一步就能进地铁，非常方便。
整个酒店的装修也很有品味，无论是大堂还是房间内部都非常美观舒适。总之，这是一次非常满意的住宿体验，我非常推荐这个酒店。
