The room is very clean and hygienic. The location is near the subway and at the front desk we received very polite service attitude from Lusy. We will sure come back the next time we visit Shenzhen.

The bathroom has no bidet. Clean and new. Hotel is conveniently located in the Middle of two train stations (see pictures). There is a 24-hour in house laundry service provided by the hotel. Cozy and good stay. There are a lot of food options surrounding the vicinity. Great location if you will be taking the FUTIAN railway station (just one station away).

The service was excellent! I was hoping there would be more staff who spoke Cantonese. The room was spotless and felt brand new. There were no bed bugs, hair, or anything else around the bedding or towels. They also provided free drinks like coffee and lemon tea. The breakfast was fair, even though the options were limited but enough to keep you on the go. The only downside was that the hotel was on a street that wasn’t very accessible for cars, so we had to either walk out or drag our luggage to the junction. On the bright side, Cocopark is just a 3-minute walk away, and they also offer free laundry service.

Come to Shenzhen and stay here! Highlights: (1) The room was clean and smell-free, full marks for hygiene; (2) Daisy's front desk service was excellent, answering all questions and helping us with late check-out; (3) The robot delivery was very convenient, the robot was very cute; (4) There was free afternoon tea + 24-hour coffee in the restaurant, and there were seats in the lobby for office work, which was loved by business travelers!

Great location. Multiple malls, shops and restaurants near by. Subway station super close. Staff very friendly. Clean room and comfortable bed. Also very close to the exhibition center.
