The front desk staff were fantastic! They were very attentive and gave us a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. It was newly renovated, and the balcony was very large and beautiful, though we were hesitant to let the children play there due to safety concerns. We all loved the modern decor, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful! The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the kids absolutely loved it!

The room design is all show and no substance, very impractical. The designer and owner should really try staying a night themselves to understand. Cleanliness was mediocre at best; I even found a curved hair on the duvet, which forced me to vigorously spray disinfectant everywhere myself. The hairdryer was dusty, and the fabric seating areas already had stains. The water pressure was very low. The toilet lid would frequently open and close by itself, which was incredibly annoying. To make matters worse, if you switched off the power to stop it, you couldn't flush – a serious design flaw. At breakfast, there was only one staff member working tirelessly to clear tables, but the workload was clearly too much. It took a long time to find a clean table, indicating poor staffing by management. On the third morning, when checking out, the two front desk staff members were extremely cold and indifferent. Having stayed in countless hotels, this was genuinely the first time I've encountered such an uninviting attitude from reception staff. Marriott front desk staff, in contrast, are professional and genuinely customer-oriented. The difference was stark. I certainly won't be returning here again.
