先説優點吧，比起市中心，價格實惠，房間裝修的不錯，景色也不錯，離海邊也不遠，總體性價比不錯。
缺點是，周邊比較偏僻，而且好多棟都還沒開放，入住率很低，地下停車場也沒開，提了一堆行李，吃的喝的，需要自己搬過去，吃喝住行不太方便，喜歡安靜的可以選擇。因為是公寓式，有很多房間，適合家人朋友很多人出遊，然後自己帶海鮮回來煮。

這個房間簡直無敵了，新開發的小區，環境非常好，也很安靜，基本沒什麼住户。對面是玫瑰莊園，門票50一人，網上有優惠。
入住樓層非常好，直接陽台看海，環境衞生也很乾凈，小區門口就是前台服務，非常方便，適合自駕來玩，雖然離市區遠了點點，性價比無敵，市區停車各方面都窄，這裏就舒坦很多，下次來還會住！推薦下市區的這款奶茶太好喝了

這次來深圳旅遊，從攜程預訂的度假別墅非常給力，環境優美，有免費停車位，我們一家五口定了兩室房間，由於這兩天人少，前台漂亮小姐姐給我們免費升級了三室兩廳兩衞一廚的房間，非常方便，服務態度良好，房間衞生特別乾淨。空調製熱功能良好，24小時熱水，房間設施科技滿滿，客廳和卧室都有投影，可以看電影，房間位置可以看見大海，真正的海景房。特別推薦的一家度假別墅
