The apartment was really nice, with excellent facilities inside the house. Very clean, great pool, amazing views. The building is in a great location with a lot of restaurants and public transportation nearby. I would love to come back and stay there again. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate. Would recommend anytime!
PS: My only comment is I wish the apartment had a couch.

Where do I even begin with this review !!! There are soo many things to talk about but not enough words to describe how beautiful this place was !! And also the amazing host who was super helpful and accomodating and always checking in to see if everything was okay, instantly messaged back answering any queries I had being a foreigner only speaking English she made everything so easy!
Room review : if you’re looking for the most beautiful views, very classy, homely, convenient to shops, restaurants, public transport, taxi’s everything you need this is the place. Located on the top floor, This room was soo beautiful ! Spotless clean with a clean on sight incase you needed something, and it also had a hint of romantic vibes at night having the bath tub and the projector that comes down after a long day of exploring. Shower was huge and heated toilet seat. The aesthetics were just well layed out. Everything was controlled from the wall panels from the curtains to lighting, aircon ect so everything in the room was at the control of your finger tips. I could go on and on about this place after the first night here I regretted not staying longer sadly there was another person who had already booked when I was meant to check out otherwise I would have stay a extra few nights.
Some of the neighbours also very friendly and helpful one of them carried my suitcase up the stairs for me.
Value for money was more than I expected ! Because of this place I will be visiting again in a few months!! One of my top favourite places to stay in China !!

The homestay is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Guomao Subway Station, making it super convenient to explore Shenzhen. It's also close to shopping areas and great local restaurants, which was a huge plus.

Really lovely place for a stay in Shenzhen. Clean, spacious and truly what you would call a smart home. Every corner and aspect digitally controlled through the touch panels. Good location with malls and several eateries within walking distance.

Located in one of the few 33-story buildings in the old city, the self-service check-in was smooth after communicating with the housekeeper on WeChat. It is equipped with a shared kitchen with complete equipment (although I have never used it); although the room is not big, it has floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, which are bright and overlook the old city. It is also quiet at night. The bathtub is a bit useless and takes up space and is not practical. It is better to put a double sofa or table. There is no place to put backpacks and other items in the room; the highlight is the rooftop fish tank and viewing platform, which have a panoramic view of the city night view and the best place to watch the sunrise (the disadvantage is that the exhaust pipe on the roof has a smell of oil smoke during meal time).

This hotel is the most satisfying thing about this trip to Shenzhen! It is only 2 minutes away from Dongmen Center, which is super convenient for shopping. The room is spacious and bright, and the design style is also very fashionable, especially the rooftop swimming pool, which is my favorite! We had a lot of fun there and didn't want to leave at all.
Because we liked it so much, we decided to stay for another day. Although we changed to a Cyberpunk-themed room, the experience was still great. The big TV in the room allowed us to watch movies all day, and we also ordered takeout and watched while eating. We spent two very leisurely and happy days. This hotel is definitely the highlight of my trip to Shenzhen!
