Very clean and spacious place. Near to train station and many nice eateries around. The room and rooftop have very nice view of the city. Staff and owner were very helpful and responsive. The place is automated with AI Assistant.

An Inteligent and newly renovated clean apartment. Located in a strategic place in ShenZhen.
You need to operate the whole apartment using touch screen.

The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and high-tech. What truly stood out, however, were the breathtaking views - both from the room and the rooftop. Staying at the top of a skyscraper in the heart of a stunning city like Shenzhen was definitely a memorable experience. The location is also a plus, with plenty of nightlife and dining options nearby, especially in the evenings.

What can I say except that it's an exceptional place. Everything was perfect, comfortable and well thought out! The view is breathtaking! Communication with the hotel was perfect and smooth, a lovely person!
The location was also perfect, we could walk or take the metro to the most important places in the city.
I can only highly recommend this unique and magical place!

The accomodation was clean & the interior was modern. Location was fantastic. Just a stone throw away from Dong Men Ding shopping district & public transport.

We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room.
The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping.
We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.
