Loved it from start to finish! The young gentleman at the reception at the front desk upon my arrival (about midnight) was very lovely - he explained everything in detail and showed very courteous manner. Sauna, fitness, pool - all great! The breakfast team were also very friendly and made sure my needs were met met. The guy who gave me a takeaway cup so that I could have my coffee was lovely - very polite, informative and showed care and service. The girl at check out also was very kind. I think her name is 青梅。 we will definitely be back in the future.

We had a comfortable stay at Hualuxe Baoan. The room was well designed and aesthetic, as well as the public areas. Staff were professional and helpful. The location was a bit far from most tourist spots but close to the airport.
