After hanging up the phone, I found that there were very serious problems with the hygiene of the room, so I called the duty manager to come and solve it. The duty manager who solved the problem that day was very skilled and had excellent business ability, and I admired his behavior. Not posting photos of hygiene problems and not giving 0.5 negative reviews are all due to the performance of this manager. In general, the hardware of this hotel is excellent, but there are serious problems with hygiene. At the same time, it is very confusing that the guest service phone is answered by AI first. This can be used in a fast hotel, but it is really confusing to use AI to answer the phone as a mid-to-high-end hotel with a joint name; the daily limit on the amount of drinking water gives people the impression of being stingy; the front desk service staff is of high level, especially the duty manager on that day. The hotel has a good foundation, and a lot of effort has been put into the design and soft decoration, and there are some excellent personnel; but there are big problems in operation. If the hygiene and operation problems are not solved, the future development of the hotel will be tortuous
