Excellent location—just across the road from Dameisha Seaside Park. The hotel facilities are very new, the bedding is comfortable, and I slept very well. The staff are polite and enthusiastic. Definitely deserves a five-star rating!

The hotel was so convenient to the beach I needed up extending. The hotel is pristine. And it’s easy to go around the coast from here. The draw is the proximity to the beach. There’s a beautiful cafe CU 200m from the hotel , that do two vegan dishes and delicious pastries.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, the breakfast was varied and delicious, there were convenience stores and subway stations nearby, it was easy to get a taxi, and it took only a few minutes to walk to the beach. Additionally, the front desk staff were friendly, patient, and efficient, which made for a great overall experience.

The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding and convenient amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-lit workspace. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of local and international dishes. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the commitment to making guests feel at home. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding stay in Shenzhen!.

Its location is its best features. 5 min walk from Dameisha MTR Exit B, just behind Airland Hotel and beside the lake Outlets Park. Perhaps the hotel is new, but staff service and room cleanliness standards can be improved to the standards of a Fairfield by Mariott (coming from a Bonvoy member who has stayed in other FbyM properties elsewhere). The floor was sandy in our room upon entering and the staff member who came with a broom to sweep it up could be more meticulous about resolving the issue. We also found the open toilet design a little strange in terms of privacy (even for couples and families). Also good to note that as the hotel is behind another ocean front one, ocean view rooms are likely to be situated further back and offer 70% view at best.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Shenzhen Damisha. Everything was perfect - from the cleanliness of the room to the friendly and helpful staff.
I want to give a special thank you to Eric Tian for his outstanding service and warm hospitality.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Superior room, for which we are truly grateful. This made our stay even more enjoyable
Another nice touch was the coffee machine in the lobby, serving delicious coffee.
Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

The mattress is stain-free, and the towel is changed every day; Eric at the front desk patiently told me the route to the seaside plank road; it takes 8 minutes to walk directly to the seaside plank road; the facilities are modern, and the wireless charging/USB interface is convenient and practical. Very good, I will come again.
