I arrived early, and the receptionist, Tom, kindly assisted with an early check-in and a room upgrade. He also arranged a late check-out. The room had a lovely view and was very comfortable. My compliments to Tom, Brook, and Yuki Alan; they were all incredibly kind and helpful. I will certainly visit again.

The hotel is located within walking distance from Exit C of DaMeiSha station. There is a 7-11 convenient store just outside the hotel main entrance. McDonald’s, Burger King and Pizza Hut, local restaurants, eateries and No. 8 Outlets Shopping Belt are nearby hotel too. Hotel room is clean and of modern furnishings. Hotel buffet breakfast was satisfying too. Great choice made for my family trip!

Reception Ms Yuki performed considerable service manner for arrange a new room for us to let our rooms stayed nearby. Will chose this hotel when I travel there again.

Very good all in all. Location is perfect for transport by underground, and by beach and outlets. Perfect inside the room clean and everything except they should have a door for toilet.
