Amazing décor and design in Hui Hotel. Big room with free soft drinks amenities. Shower is huge and the water is very strong after a long day out.

We had a great experience in this hotel while we were celebrating for my husband's birthday. The hotel is clean, location is good and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the front desk staff: Josh, Sky and Lucy for helping us arrange everything. ❤️

Totally astonished by the super delicate utilisation and arrangement of spaces within the entire hotel! Moreover, it is convenient for everything, without worrying about attracting too much attention.

The room is spacious and the location is very good. Very clean and efficient food delivery by robots. The mini bar design is nice. Staff are nice too.

the hotel service was good especially the staff from the breakfast buffet restaurant. It's a boutique hotel therefore not many people were there, very good pricing for a suite. i'm rating the hotel respectively good, but i thought i might need to mention that the hotel gave me an eerie feel upon arrival and only stayed the one night with my family but that night my husband and i both had nightmares. The nightmare i had was an event that happened in that room. Not sure if anyone had the same feeling as me.

The hotel is generally very good. Its location is very centralised, and it is spacious with very large and good-looking rooms.
Here are several suggestions where the hotel can improve:
The facilities are limited, it would be nice to have a small bar or drinks area. The breakfast is average, although the restaurant is bright and good-looking. AC is way too cold, and the shower temperature fluctuates between hot and cold.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The few staff members who were on duty were very pleasant and helpful, although there was not a large team.
