MGM's design and service are simply outstanding, exactly our kind of style. Adding staff on WeChat made things incredibly convenient; they were truly at our beck and call. Make sure to register as a member to enjoy discounts on all your in-hotel spending. The kids absolutely loved the children's water park and the beach. A minor drawback is the lack of an indoor pool, meaning water activities are off-limits if there's heavy rain. The adjacent water world was decent, but we probably wouldn't visit it a second time. Overall, it was excellent, and the kids are already asking to come back again!

I was completely won over on my first stay at the MGM Grand Shenzhen Xiaomeisha!
The sea-view room I booked this time offered an incredibly stunning panorama. The floor-to-ceiling windows looked directly out onto the azure sea. Waking up to the sparkling water in the morning and falling asleep to the sound of waves at night was pure bliss, truly therapeutic!
The hotel facilities also exceeded my expectations. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, the bathroom featured an excellent wet-dry separation design, and all toiletries were from high-end brands. Every detail truly exuded quality.
A special shout-out to Jennifer for her incredibly thoughtful service! From patiently addressing my needs during check-in, to her constant attentiveness and prompt, gentle responses – she truly elevated my entire stay experience! I'll definitely be back to stay here on my next visit to Xiaomeisha.

Stepping into the room, I was immediately struck by its stunning ocean view. The ambiance was elegant, and the hygiene was impeccable. Even the toilet seat was notably comfortable. The bedding was so incredibly comfortable that I wished I could just sleep forever. The sliding door leading to the balcony had a clever design: opening it would automatically turn off the air conditioning, and closing it would switch it back on. The heavy glass door also added a sense of security, which is excellent for those staying with children. This hotel is truly ideal for both families and couples on vacation, constantly offering delightful surprises.

Wow this was a really great experience! We came at the height of summer holiday and despite the hotel being full, There’s always something interesting and fun to do, organized and very clean also. the programming for kids was fantastic, get a daily schedule and the M show (we watched while night swimming) was a hit with the kids. The staff were all extremely friendly, Michelle from lobby / front desk helped us check in early despite it being one of the busiest times of the month. Also Michelle H head of entertainment really aced it, her team is so good with kids. We had a truly fantastic time!!!

The hotel is good say the facilities which is new and model. We had an awesome experience here as we never feel bored in the hotel where there are lots of different activities and performance everyday. Good for a family trip.
Buffet breakfast and dinner are good with lots of choices. The only inperfect thing is that there are only three restaurants in the hotel and we stayed for three days and tried them all.

I was satisfied with the suite and all the equipment provided. It would be better if the kids' swimming playground could open earlier like 9:00. I was disappointed with the M+ show because it was held indoors in the hall, even though there was no rain outside.
