It was already 2 o'clock when we finished lunch at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, but it was raining heavily at that time, and we couldn't go out to walk around, so we could only wait in the lobby. My mother fell asleep while sitting in the lobby. After seeing this, Martin from the concierge department took the initiative to ask if I wanted to take a blanket to avoid catching a cold. I am very grateful for his thoughtful service! I also hope that the hotel can provide rooms as early as possible during the peak check-in period, after all, many elderly people and children have the habit of taking a lunch break. Moreover, the hotel gave us the room late, but did not agree to delay check-out... The travel experience in the peak season cannot be said to be perfect, but it is still worth recommending.

The rooms are clean and sanitary, and the design is very high-end. It is 2 minutes to the beach, with clear water and fine sand. The buffet seafood dinner has unlimited supply of lobsters and long-legged crabs. While dining, you can also enjoy the wonderful performances by the pool. The breakfast samples are exquisite and delicious. There is a bar on the 18th floor at night! There are free drinks everywhere. No hotel can be so willing. It is simply a vacation choice. The front desk customer service lady Barbara's service is very personal, and the gym lady LIlyWANG is very attentive and thoughtful. 100 points praise MGM, and I will definitely come again.

I have always liked going to seaside hotels in Shenzhen. I have tried many hotels in Nan'ao and Dameisha. This time I will try the newly opened MGM. I was very impressed by the entire staff of the hotel. First of all, the lady at the front desk with big eyes and a gentle voice helped us check in politely and explained the hotel information in a concise manner. Then every employee in the lobby, the employees on duty at the beach, the employees at the pool door, the restaurant employees, etc. all have friendly smiles, giving guests a sense of intimacy and making them feel at home. The hotel is not big, but the decoration facilities and hardware are good. The children like the toiletries! Xiaomeisha Oceanarium is right next door, but there are too many people.
