Use the room card to get on the elevator. I am the same owner as the Jiajia Business Hotel next to me, but much quieter. I moved to live here from Jiajia Business Hotel, and the front desk saw that we had a baby, so we arranged the largest deluxe double room for us. The service was excellent! There are shelves for drying clothes in the room, which is very convenient.

周邊環境旺中帶靜，出門就是地鐵站，吃飯購物很方便，我每次去都是住他們家，老闆還免費給我升級房間，關鍵是還能免費停車，真的很不錯。

我在攜程看的，上面寫着是精品舒適大床房，辦入住的時候給了個房間裏面衹有一張床兩個衹能放下一個包的牀頭櫃，其他任何傢俬都沒有，桌子椅子都沒有。進房之後由於老婆很餓了，直接就出門去吃飯了，吃完飯回來越看越感覺這房間沒法住，脱下的外套也不知道放哪才好。於是去前台要求換一間，因為這間其實跟我在攜程預訂的時候看到的圖片完全不相符，我是看了圖片覺得可以才定的，這樣豈不是圖片與收到的貨完全不相符，按理説可以無條件退貨，前台説已經入住兩三個小時了沒法換，而且説那上面的圖片就是不準的衹能參考，我説我什麼都沒動，辦完入住就出去了剛回來，而且圖片上空間那麼大，實際呢就一張床。她又説沒有同類型的房間可以換了。幫我打老闆電話也打不通。我氣沖沖上樓了，上到樓層看到一間差不多大的房間，問了裏面的工作人員説這間就是標間，裏面有一張桌子一張椅子，我心想標間都比所謂的精緻舒適大床房要大，那麼我那間到底要叫什麼房。回到房間，剛剛的前台上來找我，説可以換，但是要收房間的清潔費，我聽了更來氣就説不換了。我在攜程算是個鉑金會員吧，我的房間是可以免費享受房型升級的，我在攜程點了個門店並無提供房型升級服務。過一會前台又打電話過來跟我道歉什麼的。我衹能告訴你説出去的話，潑出去的水，你道歉沒用。再説到房間隔音，隔壁房間放個水龍頭都能聽到嘩嘩聲，哎！第二天退房走的時候，前天叫住我説給小美什麼會員卡優惠券之類的，我心想你覺得我還會來這裏住嗎，深圳大把酒店！你家的服務和設施我算是體驗到了。
