shortcoming:
1) The water pressure is not enough. There is no separation between dry and wet, and the toilet is completely soaked after taking a shower.
2) The toilet is easy to get clogged. If it got clogged once, please notify the front desk and someone will follow up immediately.
3) Small selection of TV channels
advantage:
1) Very clean, the bed is hard enough, and all the furniture is new and clean
2) The air conditioning is very sufficient
3) The room is quiet

套路比較深。訂了兩天。題目裏面故意不寫是公共衞生間（上廁所和洗澡要到屋外面），到了才知道不帶衞生間和洗澡。然後加了錢才住成帶衞生間的。。。。第二天特意加錢預訂，看好下面小字説明帶衞生間和淋浴的。結果還是告訴我是比較吵的位置，不是好房間。明明現場加錢才入住的，仍嘴硬説免費給我升級的。套路真是多了。這麼多套路不寫在題目裏面，難到每次要顧客到現場才恍然大悟找你們打架嗎。你們不覺得煩嗎。

首先，此位置極佳！就在1号線岡廈地鐵站地下街連城新天地8號出口的門口，無論是要前往華強路買電子產品、去東門老街買衣服包包，或是要去萬象新天地，都非常方便，因為全都在1号線，而且都只有幾站的距離。更別提酒店正對面就是卓悅中心廣場，一連好幾棟都是商場美食，走十分鐘就能步行到會展中心看表演。
再來，房間打掃的很乾淨，床品很舒服好睡，前陽台有滾筒洗衣機，曬衣也方便，如果衣架不夠也可以請酒店提供。
最後，服務極佳！每天飲用水給的很大方，住房期間微信客服訊息秒回，房內有缺垃圾袋或需要換洗毛巾時都很快就送來，另外，廚房可開火，有提供碗筷餐具和熱水快煮壺，但是沒有鍋具，已有建議客服可提供蒸鍋給住客熱外賣剩菜使用。六樓還有菜鳥驛站方便住客收包裹。
這麼好的酒店已被我們全家鎖死，下次若是再來深圳，還得住這間！

公寓式酒店，工作人員較少，房間不在辦公室同一樓房，但房間清潔整齊，家電還新，浴室不是乾濕分離，整體還可以。附近頗多商場食店，屬旺中大靜 ，如無要求，都可一試。

酒店的位置很好，酒店一邊馬路對面是個大商場，吃飯選擇很多，娛樂看電影啥的業不在話下。另外一邊的馬路對面大廈有自動簽注機，適合香港玩一天回來這裏住，第二天再辦簽注去香港玩一天。離福田口岸兩站地鐵站，過去很方便。房間不算大，設施也可以，公寓酒店該有的都有，還有一個陽台可以看夜景。唯一的缺點就是廁所裏沒乾濕分離，洗澡會把馬桶搞濕，不過這個價格這個位置也不能要求太高了，以後去香港還會選擇住這裏。

公寓形的酒店，前台在15樓，前台人員非常熱心友善，耐心及詳細的描述各種房型及附近地鈇及交通情況。酒店對面就是卓悦中心，非常靠近一號線岡廈站B出口8號出口。忘記帶手機充電線，前台人員0021幾分鐘就把借用的線送入房中，非常貼心。設施完善 #周邊繁華 #床舒服 #客房乾淨
