very nice check-in experience, room has plenty of thoughtful touches: Dyson hairdryer, nespresso, heated mirror. Breakfast was absolutely perfect with a wide variety of Chinese, western options.
To improve, if rooms come with late checkout (2pm) don’t disturb people via 11:45am asking them to extend. This is not good customer service and I found this quite irritating.

The hotel looks nice and I used to have a good service this is why I came back. But this time the check in time was really too long, it was not cleaned properly and the service was very slow. For this price, not worthy.

Just had a wonderful stay .The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. A special thank to lra 丘丘 at the front desk for being so friendly and helpful with all our questions. They really made our trip better!

A nice stay at UrCove. The hotel carries a modern premium tone in every parts of its design. I was greeted politely by the hotel staff. The room is spacious, new and with all the amenities you would expect. Personally will suggest to go for the sea view that provides a full view of Shekou bay.
On top of that, the hotel is located conveniently right next to K11 mall and metro station is just a 30 seconds walk. Highly recommended
