I had a fantastic stay at Urcove by Hyatt in Shekou, Shenzhen! The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service that made my trip truly enjoyable. Highly recommend it!

We stayed in the 270 room and it was very lovely. Amazing view. Great shower and coffee maker too. We had some difficulty with the electrical system and the curtains but the staff was helpful in solving the problem. The breakfast had many lovely Asian cooked dishes which we enjoyed, but I wished they were labeled- especially for food allergies. We rated cleanliness as average because we found a previous person’s contact lens on the night stand. That grossed us out a bit. Overall, it was a great stay.

Just next to metro station since it is new developed area, there are not many shops or anything surround. K11 shopping mall is not yet opened. Other than that, everything is great

Very nice hotel especially the staff in front desk 桃子very helpful , she walk me through all details, I think I left my phone line at room, and she help me to find it right away. I sure will be book this hotel next time .

Other than the hotel location was a little bit remote, and it was hard to locate the hotel when it was dark outside. The interior and facilities inside the hotel was excellent. The staff Eddie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He explained to us places to visit in the surrounding area, and upgraded our room for the night. I am very satisfied with my stay there.
