The location of the hotel is the best feature. Staff handling the check in and out are also friendly and helpful. However, the toilet drainage has issues and it floods whenever we showered.

Love this hotel is super clean ! I love the rooms so spacious and nicely modern design ! Near by Gangxia Shopping scene, will keep choosing it for my further trips to Shenzhen

Amazing apartment hotel, especially for price, location and convenience. Just a few minute walk to GangXia Mtr station and a stop (or two) to the CBD where you can find a few shopping malls for all food & drink and shopping needed. Room were super clean and had all the amenities you need (fridge, washing machine, toothbrush/paste etc). Staff were very kind and attentive upon checkin and checkout. Checkout was swift and staff even checked me out whilst dealing with other guests on check in. Will definitely come back again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with stunningly spacious rooms. Situated in the prime area of the city, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and activities, it offers convenience and excitement at every turn. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shenzhen, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay here.

Very clean. 10 min walk to the subway. Close to restaurants, supermarket and restaurants

The service apartment might seem a little obscure at first hidden in an office buukding. But the location is great. It is right opposite a mega mall and within minutes from the subway. The elevator is a little overloaded and crowded during the day but a little patience goes a long way. Loving the in-room projector screen, fairly good shower, comfortable bed with the right hardness. Only downside is a fairly weak sanitary system that gets choked quite easily. Service staff are helpful but a little grouchy and confused sometimes. All is good, will stay again

Located directly to the metro entrance Gangxia . Infont of shopping malls. Staff very friendly & helpfully. They don't speak English, but translation apps help. Room is like on the pictures. Cause matras, pillows & blanket. Toilet & shower are just one tiny room. No notice from neighbours. Definitely recommend.
