Hotel location was great, front desk service was friendly, however there was some unhappiness happened, I hope it is just corner and hotel could improve from the commotion

Hotel location ok next to subway line 7, room too small for the price compared to equivalent hotels in Shenzhen. Hotel entrance hard to find and if you take taxi has to drop on main road as carpark very small and jammed always, no porter service and you have to carry your luggage up few steps to a small main lobby.
