The location is the best... The subway and the one avenue mall is just at the front building... The bathroom is kind of small, but it was clean and complete with all the amenities.. The towels are fluffy and clean. The linens are all white and clean.. No bad smell at all. The furnitures are kind of too simple, but it was okey... The air con is cold and no sound.. Sometimes we can hear people from outside or upstairs however during the sleep time is quiet.

Sufficiently sized room comfortably fit four. Staff were extremely helpful via WeChat. The location is unbeatable: across from a major shopping center and train station, with three more large malls (including Coco Park) within a 15-minute walk. Ordering ******* takeaway was easy and can deliver to your door. The 6th-floor reception in a multi-hotel residential building was a bit confusing initially. We felt very safe in clean surroundings and appreciated the unlimited bottled water. For the price, it's a no-frills but comfortable option with clean rooms and beds. The shower water drained oddly towards the toilet's base (but didn't overflow), while the water pressure and heat were excellent. Overall, a highly recommended, budget-friendly choice for families due to its prime location and helpful service.

The front desk was very helpful and called me a day in advanced to confirm the booking and sent the map and direction to the hotel. It can get confusing because the hotel is located at a building where you cannot see any of its signage from exterior. But once you get the direction to the check-in lobby located at Level 6, it is quite straight forward. We landed very late, way past midnite and there was a guarded entrance A2 at the foot of the building where the security directed us to the check in lobby. The location is excellent and easy access to the best mall in Shenzhen, One Avenue. It is also served by two Metro Lines 1 and 10, which can get us to almost all the main attractions in Shenzhen. It is easy to get taxis as the main road right in front of hotel always have plenty of taxis waiting to pick up passenger. The only downside of our visit was the fumigation that just taken place and everyday we will find dead baby cockroaches on our living room floors. But the room service response is very good, once you text them by WeChat, within 5 mins, the staff is here to clean up and attend to our other needs.
