This is our second time booking this hotel because the room is clean and close to the port. We bought some things from Hong Kong yesterday, including two boxes of cheese that were left in the refrigerator. We ate one box in the morning and forgot to take the other box when we left. After dinner, we remembered and contacted the front desk to look for it. At first, they said they couldn't find it, but later they said they had found the wrong room and found it for us. Before we went to pick it up, the front desk staff said that there seemed to be a piece missing from it. I was very puzzled because when I put it in, the whole box was intact and no one had touched it. It happened that the shopping bag was damp yesterday, so we took out all the things and there was nothing left in the shopping bag. If a piece of cheese fell into the shopping bag, we would see it at a glance. The front desk said that the cleaning lady brought it out like this and there was a piece missing. Could it be that the cheese grew legs and disappeared? Cheese itself is a small matter, but for those working in the hotel industry, I think this should be a basic quality. I hope hotel management can strengthen their management.
