I was disgusted to see customers smoking all over the hotel. Staff did nothing to stop this despite it being so obvious and brazen. Furthermore, it was extremely difficult to sleep on the first night due to the chaos of neighboring guests. The hotel did not thing to speak to guests or correct behaviour; rather just just tried to gas light me and make out that I was making it up despite showing them video evidence. A hotel of noise and chaos.

Location is at about ten min walking distance from the MTR. Room is clean, and its size and facilities are reasonable in terms of the price.

New hotel so all facilities new, good and clean. Drop off is convenient as car or taxi can just enter and drop you off at Hotel doorstep. There's a nice, mini bar area next to reception to wait or chill with a cup of Chinese tea. Hotel also provides a good range of complimentary drinks e.g. Chinese version of coke, sprite, orange soda etc. in each room.
Good service. Reception will provide information on nearby places to visit, eateries and transportation etc. They are also understanding and flexible to cater to customer's needs or requests.
Located is excellent. Just a short walk and there's ample choices for local eateries, restaurants, supermarkets etc. About 15-20 mins walk to nearest 白石洲 MTR which is on Line 1 where most attractions are and only 1 stop away from Windows of the World.
Overall a good experience. Air con and sound proofing can be improved to better cater for light sleepers.

The worst thing about this hotel is the noise. You will hear noises from the corridor, next door, outside, inside the roolm and staff conversation etc. Very poor sound proofing.

Nice and clean hotel bed so confortable. Staff was really nice and helpful. …. Onky issue was not have iron machine they have laundry room but with steamer. Not iron. Please iron. And small fridge
