The only problem was finding the hotel, as the location is a bit unclear and the building doesn't look the same way as on the photos. Otherwise, everything else was good, clean, fresh towels, bed was okay, friendly staff

Great location however it has no gym as per photos. There are 2 gyms nearby you can pay per session. Massage chairs in interconnected mall. Great cafes just below. Very very convenient

The hotel is clean and the room not too big but it has everything I need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will comeback when I have a chance to go shenzhen again.

Location is good, just in front of metro but there is no sign about hotel or name, So Metro Exit E front building 9th Floor. The hotel is nice & hygiene is very clean, and the service is also very good. The front desk lady is very helpful, I had alot of packages she helped me to move things. Room is little small but neat n clear withe new facilities & technology. Receptionist number nine helpful n very kind n a very good service attitude.

The hotel is 50m to the E entrance of Gushu station. The staffs are very friendly. The receptionists are beautiful.
I was upgraded to the bigger room free of charge.
