The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. The nearest station(Yuehaimen station) is just 5 minutes away.
Front-line staff member Mr. William provided excellent services. He upgraded our room to a room with a terrace and offered free breakfast during our stay.
We will recommend this place and return when we visit Shenzhen again.

Overall, my stay was great, but there are a few areas for improvement. Eleven, at the reception, was absolutely fantastic she was incredibly nice, helpful, and proactive. Despite a small hiccup at check-in, she quickly resolved it with a smile. However, another staff member at the reception didn’t feel as welcoming, which was a bit of a letdown.
The room was clean and tidy every day, and they made sure to keep my bed in perfect condition. One thing I did notice, though, was that the mirror blinds were a little faulty, but that didn’t take away from the overall comfort. Despite a few minor issues, I had a pleasant stay and would return again anytime!

The front desk staff member Judy was incredibly helpful and welcoming. As someone without a local phone number, it was difficult for me to communicate and get around. Judy went out of her way to help me with everything — she even added me on WeChat to stay in touch and recommended apps for finding food. I’m grateful for her thoughtfulness and effort. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.
