The staffs are very friendly. They give me free upgrade for the room type. The room is very clean and big. They offer free laundry services and also got free washing machine for us to use. The staff is very accessible. Overall good experience and will stay again if I visit Shen Zhen again.

The room number will light off if you are not in the room. There is a also a robot that send dessert to you.
You can never get such a big room wish that price. 3 night stay here = 1 night stay in Hongkong. Highly recommend you to stay shenzhen if you want a cheaper option.

I had a great stay for 3 nights during my trip to Shenzhen and found a comfortable large bed and ample sitting space in the bedroom. All facilities were provided for and provided breakfasts were varied.
Each day, there was a small gift in my room and room keeping staff did my laundry without being asked. The reception was also very friendly and accommodating.

The room was comfortable and there was a tent with toys and balloons for the little one to explore. The location is convenient and there’s a street with different food stalls near the hotel.

Hotel is fine, it's not too far from the airport, I booked it as a stop between the airport and HongKong for a night. Breakfast was good except when I got up to get a coffee they cleared the table and I wasn't even halfway done.
Room was okay, the cleanliness could be better, there were "Footprints" in the bathroom when I arrived.
Servive was good, the reception area kind of looks like a very messy storage room.

I recently stayed at Orange Fruit Hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful they tidied up our room every day while we were out. They even offered to wash and dry our clothes and returned them to our room free of charge. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stays!

Thanks to the receptionist, she was kind to assist us especially when we requested to check in early. Got a big and comfortable room, everything works well in the room. Provided towel, hair dryer, mineral waters etc. about 10 mins walking distance from Fanshen metro station. The area nearby the hotel is very happenings, there is a night market with variety of food.
