第一次入住雅院公寓，房間乾淨舒服，配套設施齊全，羽絨被子質量特別好，蓋上很透氣，前台服務員Nancy很熱情，早餐很豐盛。

環境清靜，打車到觀瀾只要十多分鐘。
有洗衣機，有冷暖氣，前台還有乾衣機供應。
拖鞋、梳洗用品齊全。非常合適一家大小。

新裝修設施齊全乾凈整潔，普遍房免費升等，2房套房部份日子送早餐，走近衣櫃書桌還有少許裝修味，但整體不怕不舒適，酒店服務人員能用微信聯絡，廿四小時有禮解決疑問。有免費電視盒子睇戲，但套房衹有客廳有電視。鄰近地鐵站尚未建好，出行全用網約車，去卡魯冰雪世界$10、萬達廣場$20、卓越中心$40、甘坑古鎮$20、高鐵深圳北站$30。
