Some of the staff are really not thoughtful! They need to be trained well enough! And, the cleaning crew are working all the time! They don’t even know to be quiet! Will not come back again!

Staff was very helpful, the breakfast was traditional Chinese breakfast and had a lot of options to choose from! The room was clean and very comfortable.

Superb experience! They have a very cute and intelligent delivery robot! A very minor issue is that maybe the door could be more soundproof. Everything else is just fine. I would definitely recommend the JiHotel to my friends :)
