The customer service actually explained to me that they knew the carpet was stained, but they didn’t dare to remove it because there were pictures online. It was really funny! Do you have any brains? Then the sound insulation of the house is very poor. You must know that there is a subway station below. You can hear the roar of the subway no matter late at night or early in the morning! The bed and quilt were very uncomfortable. I felt like I was bitten by lice every night. It was a nightmare every night! I never expected that such a bad B&B could survive in the metropolis Shenzhen!
