房間極其簡單，居住體驗差，就算房間價格便宜，但最起碼衞生和沖涼熱水要有保證吧。
1、衞生不好，床上有頭髮，拖鞋發黃，整體衞生差；
2、沖涼熱水極其難控制，根本無法用熱水沖涼，酒店反饋水龍頭稍開一點點會有熱水，確實是如此，但是熱水出來後十分燙人，水量小；水龍頭打大後，水又涼了。。。
3、房間放的礦泉水，讓人好笑，感覺店家已經在控制成本的基礎上努力配置了。
4、WIFI無法連接成功。。。

入住體驗非常好！離地鐵站很近，出行特別方便，房子在比較安靜的地段，晚上沒有聲音，這對入眠困難症患者非常重要。房間乾淨衞生，住的時候沒有發現什麼不乾淨的地方，東西也挺全的，當天出去玩出了好多汗，回到房間用洗衣機一洗第二天就幹了。

這家公寓總體來説我感覺還是不錯的，在深圳這個價格能住到這樣的一個房間，總體來説應該是物美價廉了。首先是距離地鐵站的位置非常的緊，交通很方便，然後是呃前面就是廣場有很多吃飯的地方。房間整體的佈置來説是比較温馨的啊，有一種嗯比較簡單的感覺，是我比較喜歡的。呃，其次是配的洗漱一次性用品，這些配的還挺全的，還有一個冰箱，有的我看還會有人在這裏選擇短租，做飯也是方便的。
我們是選擇在像這一站住了一個民宿，這裏離甘坑坐車也比較方便，然後那邊的價格比較貴，這邊比較實惠一些。

服務：服務不是很好，開始辦的樓層房間，味道特別重，木頭味道特別大，換個房間前台還搞不清楚，直接給一個有人住的房間，我自己跑上跑下，換定後，已經很久，辦理一個入住，就花了將近四十分鐘。續租了還不給房間密碼，得去問才給，而且衹給半天，我們凌晨回來，還得問前台重新要密碼，而且前台態度真不好。房間有人，阿姨敲門，我們答應了，應該是沒聽清，直接按密碼開門，然後説明瞭我們續租，讓關門半天不關；
衞生：房間地上還有頭髮還有臟東西，還有衞生紙，上一個租客的一個禮盒，一個包裝袋在櫃子上沒收，花都枯爛了也沒收，反正就是沒打掃乾淨；
設施：洗澡沒有熱水，開不到熱水，應該是開關沒法打開熱水。
總結就是，這次兩天入住比較差勁，錢花了，體驗感卻太差了，就是，不太推薦。差評了，遺憾就是，忘記拍照了。

首先這個酒店的【設計就很不合理】，床旁邊沒有插座，在天花板下方的。哪有那麼長的線。就在鞋架旁邊一個死角充的，走的時候沒檢查到死角漏在酒店了 ，我發現了馬上給酒店給留言了，【酒店是有義務保管客户遺漏物品的】那時候還沒有人入住的，他們就説找到了讓我回來領，我不疑有他，叫了快遞，叫他們那拿給快遞就可以了，到付了13，結果回來發現他們拿了個又舊又臟的華為充電器寄給我，然後找他們説理，他們説沒有了，沒發現，也不管了，我的是新的小米快充，要是舊的我直接就不要了，我的訴求很簡單也很合理，要麼還我原本的充電器要麼賠我一個新的，他們都拒絕了，平台介入也沒用。
