A casual walk, from east to west, passed through more than half of Shenzhen, and when I arrived at the Tingya Apartment Hotel in Shenzhen Baoan International Convention and Exhibition Center, I happened to meet the proprietress who had arranged for other guests to return to the store. After chatting casually, the enthusiastic landlady saw that I was a little tired and simply invited me to rest for one night at their Tingya Hotel. She could give me a big discount. It was not originally a planned trip, but seeing how enthusiastic the landlady was, she offered to give me a discount. I thought it would be good to find a place to perch in this quiet and elegant environment to soothe my tired body and replenish my physical strength. Originally, I had no expectations for a room priced around 200, but the moment I opened the door, my eyes lit up and I was pleasantly surprised. Small but complete. The facilities in the room are very new, very clean and tidy. Shoe cabinets, induction cookers, refrigerators, microwave ovens, washing machines, etc. are all available. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. The subway station is about a five-minute walk. Separated by a river and about 8 minutes' walk away, there is another scene. For shopping and dining, the prices are quite affordable, and restaurants of various flavors are crowded. Walk into a Hunan restaurant and get a portion of perilla blood duck, Youxian dried incense, and vegetable pancakes. The most beautiful thing is nothing more than fireworks on earth.

The room was very clean and tidy. We originally stayed here on a business trip and found it quite comfortable. Then we arranged for customers to stay here. Customer reviews were also very good and it was quite comfortable. We will stay here next time we go on a business trip and we are very satisfied.

Perhaps because we were staying for three days, the store arranged a high-rise river view room with an open and relaxing view. Friendly staff led us to check in! There is a small terrace and bay window. Access to the apartment is guarded by a caretaker, so security is extremely high. In the room I stayed in, the wood on the toilet door and wash basin cabinet began to peel off, but it did not affect the staying experience. Overall good value for money.

The room has a balcony, a washing machine, a microwave, the bed is very comfortable, and the environment is clean and hygienic. The bathroom is large and has plenty of hot water. There is a property downstairs and it is very safe.

This is my first time staying at this apartment. The environment is good. The only drawback is that the breakfast hotel cooperates with Shaxian County, so there is nothing to choose from! It just depends on personal preference...
