地點剛好在水圍中心，周圍有很多食店及近1368文化區，大型水療休閒中心在旁邊，的士或地鐵都好方便，有三間房，一家人好似在屋企的感覺，價錢亦合理。

房東回覆及時，貼心的指引到達與入住。房子非常乾淨漂亮温馨，各種用具一應俱全。下樓就是一排餐館，旁邊就是大的換乘地鐵站，非常非常方便。下次來深圳，還會住這裏。

位置便利，房間乾淨，天然氣熱水器特別好，五人入住也不用等熱水！房東熱情，性價比很高，唯一小瑕疵是房間沒有紗窗紗門，害怕蚊蟲，不敢開窗通風

媽媽跟幾個老姐妹來深圳，想住一起舒服些，臨時看到這裏三房，擔心不讓長者住，趕緊跟房東聯繫，回覆很快態度很好，安排特別周到，滿意。房子位置很好，室內裝修很新，整潔，地鐵交通超級方便，食街就在旁邊。房門出入有專用密碼，房東很耐心的教會長者們。住得舒服，玩得開心，超級滿意，推薦給大家

房子不大，但户型極好，全明户型，南北通透，小套三，廳衞廚都很寬敞，乾淨整潔，卧室都不大但是床很舒服，每個房間都有獨立空調，睡覺相互不影響，相當於賓館三個單間了。房東很熱情，屋子裡有周邊介紹，地鐵就在樓下，吃飯地方太多了很不好選，去會展中心溜達5分鐘就到了。需要提醒一下熱水器要先打開，最靠外的房間插電不太方便，建議在床邊放一個插排。

位置太好了最適合度假，樓下就是皇崗村美食街，兩週不重樣，物美價廉，交通特別便利，地鐵站100多米，房東細心周到，入住體驗太好了，下次度假再來住。
