Wutong Hotel Apartment (Bao'an Center)

Decent location but not much else beside the mall across the street. Room was clean and have good utensils needed to cook a meal. If there is dish detergent that would be a great bonus. Big negative points for the shower. Water is either too hot or too cold.

The experience staying at Wutong is fantastic. Love the quiet environment, buffet breakfast, clean rooms and great service from the staff. The location is super convenient, just across the road is a big shopping mall Yi Fang Cheng, metro station accessible at basement level. During the 4 days we had breakfast , there is no crowd at peak hour, we can take our time to digest slowly. Menu changes everyday except for the live station which remains the same . Overall Good variety and well balanced meal. The room we booked is a 3 bedroom apartment which has 2 bathrooms. Both has smart toilet and heater function which is great in cold weather. We didn't use the kitchen but it has the full function with oven, crockery and cutlery. Washing machine has a dryer on top too. Would like to compliment Mr Meng for his help which makes us feel at home. Would definitely recommend Wutong to all. We would love to come back again.

This hotel located about 25mins drive to Shenzhen bao’an international airport. Brand new hotel with bamboo homey village design. Inside the room the are refrigerator and washing machine. Because our flight is early in next morning, we do not hv chance to try😅

The hotel location was fantastic as it was a three minute walk away to Uniwalk, the mall. The amenities were nice (washing machine, bidet, a little reading/tea nook, loft). The cleaning staff were nice and helpful (3 stars for service instead of 2 because of them). The only thing I am unhappy with is the reception people look like they really don’t want to work there - they don’t even look up from the computer when they talk to you, or mention any of the amenities like swimming pool or tea room available for use. We were also having trouble finding the building, as our taxi driver dropped us off at a different spot, and when we called the front desk, they seemed annoyed that we went to the wrong building. Nevertheless, it was a great place to stay and I would go back again 😆 酒店的位置非常好，距離壹方中心（Uniwalk）只需步行三分鐘。設施也很不錯（洗衣機、坐浴盆、小閱讀/茶角、閣樓）。清潔人員非常友善和樂於助人。 我唯一不滿意的是前台的服務水平，那裡的人看起來真的不想在那裡工作，他們和你說話時甚至都不抬頭一直看電腦，也不提到像游泳池或茶室這些可供使用的設施。我們在找大樓時也遇到困難，因為計程車司機把我們載到另外一個地方，而當我們打電話給前台時，他們似乎因為我們走錯路感到不滿。 不過，這是一個很好的住宿地方，我會再去的 😆

Cleanliness is excellent and staff are very helpful. Walking distance to nearest underground station is a plus. Good gym in the apartment. Breakfast is Chinese style and is acceptable.
