**Wonderful Family Stay in Shenzhen!**
Our family of three had a delightful experience at this hotel! The room was spacious, immaculate, and well-equipped with family-friendly amenities. Its central location made exploring Shenzhen effortless, with easy access to metro stations and family attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful local recommendations. The breakfast buffet catered to all tastes with delicious variety. Decent location but not much else beside the mall across the street. Room was clean and have good utensils needed to cook a meal. If there is dish detergent that would be a great bonus.
Big negative points for the shower. Water is either too hot or too cold.

The experience staying at Wutong is fantastic. Love the quiet environment, buffet breakfast, clean rooms and great service from the staff. The location is super convenient, just across the road is a big shopping mall Yi Fang Cheng, metro station accessible at basement level. During the 4 days we had breakfast , there is no crowd at peak hour, we can take our time to digest slowly. Menu changes everyday except for the live station which remains the same . Overall Good variety and well balanced meal. The room we booked is a 3 bedroom apartment which has 2 bathrooms. Both has smart toilet and heater function which is great in cold weather. We didn't use the kitchen but it has the full function with oven, crockery and cutlery. Washing machine has a dryer on top too. Would like to compliment Mr Meng for his help which makes us feel at home. Would definitely recommend Wutong to all. We would love to come back again.

This hotel located about 25mins drive to Shenzhen bao’an international airport. Brand new hotel with bamboo homey village design. Inside the room the are refrigerator and washing machine. Because our flight is early in next morning, we do not hv chance to try😅

I always love coming to Wutong. One of the best things? No TV in the rooms. But lovely jazz music from the Café instead! Super nice!
