I feel like the air conditioner in the hotel might be broken. I'm extremely hot and stuffy. Janet brought me a fan, and I'm very satisfied with her proactive attitude in solving the problem. However, the room is just too hot. I hope the hotel can make some improvements.

The hotel has a minimalist approach. Good standard for business travel purposes. Obviously, Hilton in China is way much better than Hilton hotels in the USA. It's the way the franchisee does things.
This time, I was very happy with the assistance and the customer service focused approach provided by Janet at the front desk. Thank you, Janet! You are a person who makes the hotel enjoyable.
