Very neat cozy hotel located close to the shenzhen airport and subway stations. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday with attention to detail. We were very happy with the hotel!The windows had the view of the bay and the shenzhen airport.

This hotel was in an excellent location for being able to walk to lots of restaurants. It was also 15 minutes to shenzhen airport . The staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of quality food choices. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful views from the room & amazing staff. The hotel was very clean . Our room had airport and bay view and was definitely worth it! Our stay in this hotel was short but the hospitality at the hotel is truly what made our stay spectacular. Everyone was so kind & helpful. Ms Mia receptionist helped us with many information about Shenzhen and care our feeling, our sleep.Thank you guys so much for an incredible stay

Our stay here is unforgettable and perfect! The staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly. The room is super clean, cozy, spacious and has complete amenities. The housekeeping does it job. Love the safe location and it's near the shenzhen airport.

During my stay at Hilton garden inn, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Especially Mia, in the front desk, the check-in to the personalized touches throughout my stay, it was clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service

This hotel exceeded our expectations, from the
fantastic staff, high end amenities and great location. We would recommend to others and will likely stay there again. Upon check-in Edward was super accommodation and very welcoming. I didn't catch her name but the girl working the front desk the morning of our check out was also very helpful in assisting with a late check out. The hotel was very clean and modern. One small complaint would be the lack of in hotel room food options in the restaurant, however,Thanks for the great stay.

This is a great location to be in shenzhen close to the airport ! The hotel has amazing helpful staff! I love the comfortable bed and room!The breakfast buffet has lots of selections and is delicious... well worth it!!Thank you for a wonderful stay!
