Conveniently connected to Fumin metro station 福民, and less than 10 mins by car to the Futian high speed rail station 福田高铁站. Room was spacious and clean.

Good location: Fumin MTR Station Exit C, turn right after exit, hotel is right at there. Night market just across the road.
Check in: quick, need not to wait. We could access to our room when we arrived at 11:30am (check in time supposed be 2pm)
Service: staff was helpful when our access cards got problem, she fixed them right away
Cleanliness: good

The hotel location is excellent, lots of eatery and a night street market which is only 150m away from the hotel. Just one MRT station from Futian boarder and the FuMin station is just next to the hotel. The room is spacious and cosy, they also provide free laundry service on the 2nd floor of the hotel.

We have booked two double bed rooms. We arrived hotel after five 5pm. However, it is only one room available. Other room have to wait for cleaning. The room is supposed to be ready by three o' clock and return by next day 12pm. Their information mislead customer. I will not recommend to anyone in future.

Best location and 5/5 of the cleanliness of the hotel! Not even notice that they even provided free laundry services 🫶🏻 gotta be right back to JI hotel because it really worth the room rate. The MRT is just beside hotel, not even 1 min distance.
Lobby have a pleasant smell as well will made travellers felt comfortable and relax 😍

Exceptional value hotel: great location, rooms, guest laundry, helpful staff and plenty of restaurants nearby - highly recommend!!
The hotel is located above a metro station (Fumin), so it is just steps away from the metro Exit C - you can't get any closer to a metro station than this! Fumin station is well-connected to modern shopping malls nearby, the OCT creative park area, and HK border crossing (Lok Ma Chau). Downstairs from the hotel are lots of restaurants and a night market, so you don't need to go far at all to find food to eat, and amenities are readily available! Whilst the area is busy, it is more of a local residental area so it's not crowded.
Large rooms, modern decor, very clean, nice bathroom amenities provided, and lovely teaset / daily tea. The guest laundry on Level 2 was very useful, quick, and easy to use - instructions are in both Chinese and English. The entire hotel is modern: the check-in is near-automatic and there are a pair of robots who help bring deliveries to your room (e.g., takeaway food)!

Great hotel for the reasonable price. Room and hotel facilities are very clean. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Many local restaurants surrounding the hotel, 150 feet to metro station. Will definitely book again in the future. A shout out to Lam…thanks for your help!
