Good place to visit friends in SZTU, but really wasn't clean. The floor in the bathroom was always wet because of a leaking sink. Kitchen also wasn't very clean. Good is that there's a hair dryer, refrigerator and washing machine available

和其他網友上傳的圖片差不多，有投影儀有個小客廳15樓，但是一晚上都有小孩跑來跑去，不知道為啥不睡覺，一晚上都有關門和跑動的聲音，睡眠淺的請留意，花灑後背那裡漏水容易把牆弄濕，老闆可以去檢查看看免得牆體發黴腐爛了。下單後請及時聯繫老闆電話加微信給進門密碼，不然你就得臨時等。。

房間很大，單人單間，有一個很大的廚房，一個客廳，一個衞生間和一個房間。是適合長租的那種類型。
衞生間熱水很多，是75度60L的，足夠兩三個人洗，適合多人長期。
客廳一個空調，房間一個空調，製冷效果不錯。
老闆比較好説話。
是在一個小區內，靠近深圳技術大學，小區比較大。小區內沒有小賣部。得走出去差不多一公里才可以買到東西。

大家注意這家民宿的空調不製冷 深圳6月份的天氣 我住在這熱死了 一個通宵沒睡 悶了一晚上鴿子真是服啊 第一次遇到這種連空調都不捨得給製冷的 防火防盜防民宿以後再也不訂民宿了
