The hotel is like a few minutes nearby the subway station and right across the street of my loved one. A window with street view. I would like white light better in the room and bathroom also instead of yellow light. The room was okay.

很差的一家酒店，地板又臟，服務態度又差。他們店裡小孩走進我房間吃東西，有水滴濕了被子，我喊了三次，店家都不肯換，那個女老闆的態度最惡劣。地板有水他們説拿拖把幫我拖，也有沒有，都是我自己一個人乾的。所以第二天被氣得早上六點多鐘就走人了。超級不推薦這家酒店

住過最差的酒店，沒有之一.
酒店還在裝修，到處是工地的痕跡，沒什麼客服，有一些工作人員住在房間裏。他們在走廊説話，很吵。隔音超級差。
選了那個沒有衞生間的房間，需要用公共衞生間。公共衞生間都是工作人員在用，衞生間的門都是壞的，沒辦法洗澡，
服務態度超級差，想要讓服務員加一條被子，他們都不給，總之老闆和老闆娘態度極差，沒想到在深圳還會遇到這種店家。

首先前台辦事效率非常低 愛抱怨 在那裡站了好一會提醒了兩次前台我預訂了要入住 還是在看手機 然後把責任推給走廊上其他員工不提醒她哪個房好了 耽誤客人入住 在旁看的覺得很可笑但也不想多説什麼 當時心裏想的就是衹要能快點入住她怎麼推卸責任都與我無關 因為天氣真的很熱 本身衹有我一個人在前台辦入住都站了老半天
入住後最震驚的是 未經同意也不知情況有人直接刷卡進我房間 我第一次遇到這樣的事情 我要求她出去她還在走廊上大聲問我名字等等訊息 我本身睡覺是沒穿整齊衣服的 已經非常生氣了 大聲要求她們自己去前台查我的訊息 擅自進房間就算了 叫她關門出去還在走廊上繼續敲門大聲問客人訊息 這種不專業➕低情商實在令人淚目
入住的時候是兩點前 被突然進門吵醒後裝修聲弄的我心煩意亂 打了幾次前台電話要求她們午休時間停一下裝修 她説回去説的 過了一段時間還沒停 表示“師傅説很快了” 後續直到退房也根本沒停
就在我門口裝修 非常吵 本來就是臨時訂的鐘點房想休息一下 多次打前台電話讓他們停半小時 第三次電話還沒停的時候開始態度惡劣 説把房退了全款退我錢 當時已經兩點四十分 考慮到我14:45有個視頻會議要開我就説 行 那我三點退房 前台態度非常惡劣的説不行要麼就現在走要麼就不能退錢 明明入住的時候就知道裝修為什麼還入住云云（入住的時候是午休時間誰知道你要吵這麼久 何況是鐘點房本身就是快到時間面試了 誰會在這時又去外面臨時另找）
我聽到前台這麼無理就不願多扯 加上我會議時間快到了就直接把電話掛了 這酒店解決問題的方式和態度不敢恭維 我也不是差鐘點房這點錢 不退就不退了 望後續消費者注意避雷
ps：本身酒店衞生狀況等等也非常差 入住時地上還有掉落的大片紙巾 廁所也很臭 跟前台的處理態度一樣滂臭 0分體驗 差評實至名歸

附近上班，玩的比較晚，將就住一晚。很老的一家酒店，經常路過看到，第一次入住，體驗很糟糕，價格不便宜，環境卻像旅館，房間黴味很大，還很小，衣服都沒地方放。整晚都是穿着自己的衣服睡的，太差了。沒有下次…
