they said checkin is available from 10am, we arrived at 2pm - there was nobody at the front desk, they also did not actually have a room, we insisted so they gave us a room but we waited 1.5 hours and nobody communicated to us that the room was ready even though we waited there, they also had chargers in the room but ours was broken, when we asked for a new one they asked us to use the paid mobile chargers outside, we figured to just buy a charger outside.
other than that, location is great and room is ok

The hotel is like a few minutes nearby the subway station and right across the street of my loved one. A window with street view. I would like white light better in the room and bathroom also instead of yellow light. The room was okay.

I changed trains at Chegongmiao Station tomorrow morning, so I chose this and stayed cheaply. For this price, I really can’t ask for too much in Shenzhen. There are many delicious places near the hotel

Because I was going to Nanshan on a business trip, but I also wanted to go to Dongmen at night, so I chose a place in the middle that was convenient for transportation. It didn't look like a hotel, but it was just like those cheap hotels in Hong Kong. Although it was a bit old, the decoration was good and the hygiene was acceptable. A very poor hotel with dirty floors and poor service. A child in their store came into my room to eat, and water dripped on the quilt. I yelled three times, but the store refused to change it. The female owner had the worst attitude. When there was water on the floor, they asked me to mop it with a mop. I did it all by myself. So I was so angry that I left at around six o'clock in the morning the next day. Highly recommend this hotel
