BONUS HOTEL

It was terrible. Although I had booked a double bed and requested a single bed (because my wife and I were booking the room), the staff said it was fully booked and couldn't be changed. That was fine, as I understand the hotel might be fully booked. The air-conditioning control, which we didn't realize was located next to the bed and inconspicuous, was inconspicuous. I asked the staff to call for assistance, but they seemed to sneer and were reluctant to send another colleague to help. The biggest problem was the unpleasant smell from the bathroom drain. Even after showering, the stench didn't go away. I told the staff, they just taped the drain shut. They didn't use drain cleaner or any other odor-eliminating measures, and they didn't ask if we were satisfied afterwards. In the end, I had to endure the stench while sleeping, which was extremely uncomfortable.

Close to Liantang Station, there are many places to eat nearby. You can also go to the Botanical Garden and there is a circular bus in the park. The room is quite clean and spacious, and the bed and quilt are comfortable.

Facilities: The hotel is only a two or three minute walk from the Liantang subway station. It is very convenient to eat, drink and shop downstairs. The facilities are very new. Hygiene: The hygiene is relatively clean and the room is spacious and bright Environment: It is close to the subway entrance and school, and it is very convenient to go to the port. The subway takes only five minutes. Service: The service is very enthusiastic. The front desk guy is very patient, polite and enthusiastic.

I was quite tired after arriving in Shenzhen, so I just booked a hotel at random. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be quite good. The front desk service was very good. When they saw that I was tired, they immediately gave me a bottle of water. It was very heartwarming! The facilities are complete. This is where I will definitely stay when I come to Shenzhen on business trips in the future!

There is very little space to put things. It is a remodeled building. The breakfast is written to start at 7:30, but when I got there it was pitch black and no one was there. I asked the front desk and they said I had to wait, but I was not sure how long. This is a scam.

I had requested a room on the 5th or 6th floor (higher floors) after booking. The 3rd floor terrace outside could be climbed up one floor and people could come in and steal. It was a very scary stay 4. Since it was the second day of staying in Shenzhen, I had to use the hotel's public washing machine, but the hotel only had one, and the machine surface was very dirty, it felt even dirtier than the clothes, and there was no drying function, so I gave up 5.
