我們到店後，店家要我們另外加價40元才有房住，無奈夜深，衹能交錢入住。店家確實是很貼心的，也是為了我們不用再跑了。

優點：離地鐵口近，周邊吃東西方便，退房後前台幫忙放了幾個小時的行李。真實體驗：經歷了2次換房。第1次是因為房間靠近大馬路，噪音特別大，跟直接睡馬路邊沒有區別，很吵。像這種應該提前説明，並把噪音大的房間價格稍調低些，讓顧客自己選擇。換了之後因為太累開了空調就睡了，結果沒一會兒滿頭大汗，才發現房間裏空調是壞的，問前台換房不給換，説是換了好幾次了，要換房必須要扣衞生費。我都還沒來得及動它的東西，床單褶皺都抹平了，空調壞了我也不是我願意的啊。我要退房他們也不同意。拿手機準備投訴，另一個人才答應幫我去看看房間裏的空調，最終好一通折騰換了房。衞生一般，被套裏黃黃的不知道是什麼，枕頭有味道。插座是松的，有的能用有的不能用。房卡、遙控器都是破舊臟兮兮的感覺。設施簡陋陳舊，基本全靠自帶。給後來者作為參考。也希望店家能認真經營、用心服務，地段不錯，各方面提高了生意才越來越好。
