位置很好，福田區市中心，小童醫院旁邊，管家非常熱情好客親切微笑辦理入住，服務很nice,有温度的服務有回到家的感覺，帶小孩來小童醫院看病，價格實惠，省錢省心，管家很關心我們問寒問暖給廚房煲湯，心裏美滋滋滴，旁邊小吃店、公交應有盡有，交通便利，極力推薦[強][強][強]

沒有更差，衹有最差。沒有處理好的房子，玻璃沒有弄好，天花板沒有弄好，沒有洗手盆，電線裸露在外。都不敢沖涼。空掉外機聲音特別大，排水管直接在床邊，沖水聲一清二楚。唯一的就是空調是好的。
