We spent Cristmas Day at the Intercontinental Dameisha in Shenzhen. A 40 minute Didi drive from Futian and the hotel has a private beach.. The hotel is modern and lovely. Check in was quick and smooth with an English speaking front desk. We received two complimentary breakfasts from the hotel. The breakfast is a mix of Western style and Chinese and was delicious - definitely reccommended. The rooms were comfy with a complimentary fruit bowl and lots of drinking water in the room. To my surprise the TV channels featured many English channel options. The beds were soft and comfortable, had a lovely bathroom and a small but nice balcony overlooking the sea and pool. The hotel also sports a fitness room, saunas and an indoor swimming pool, a childrens' playroom and more. It is also conveniently close to the Outlet store village. We had a pleasant stay. Only down side was that there weren't many Western restaurant options to choose from in the village, but if you don't mind Burger King, Macdonalds and Pizza Hut, you'll be fine. You can also eat at the hotel and be sure of a lovely meal at their restaurant.

With the Mtr to Daimuisha in services, it takes only 50 mins from LoWu border to reach the hotel. The hotel is just 3 mins walk from exit B. It is very near to the beach. The hotel reception staff are very nice. We arrived earlier than check in time. They upgraded us to a 2-room suite. The balcony of the room has a very nice view. The shower is strong and warm. They even provide bath salt. There is a shuttle, talking you to the private beach of a nearby hotel of their chain. Very nice view of sunset. I took pictures of sunrise at the balcony too. Thank you, Safina, the staff of the reception. We had a good time

this is my 3rd time booking for this hotel. I stayed for more than 1 week each time. The front desk receptionist and manager were very helpful and friendly. We were greet politely from the moment we step in the hotel main hall. During the stay our problems with hotel facilities such as card access and request for bottled drink were attended immediately without delay. They reception service is available 24/7. During my stay, the team extended their help on our Alipay issues, food ordering issues, medical attention and taxi booking. The payment for hotel stay and laundry was not tedious and the process is easy and fast. The location is strategic where it is close to a few convenience stores and restaurant. Outlets is just walkable distance from the hotel entrance. The hotel has a guarded compound therefore even though is near to the public beaches which is very crowded yet very secure and tranquil within the facility. Recently the construction work in front the hotel has completed where new pedestrian path and crossing traffic light were up and functioning. The hotel room is clean (daily room keeping) and provide all necessary personal consumable. Worth mentioned that they provided shoe cleaning kit, umbrella, additional slipper and towel for beach use. Overall, the hotel stay is worth the cost and will stay with them again.

The hotel is quite clean, opposite the outlet and next to the bus station, but a bit far from Dameisha subway station and the beach. Fortunately, there is a free shuttle bus during the Spring Festival. Breakfast is very simple. There is no Western-style bread or coffee, but the noodles are highly recommended. I don’t know what the toppings are, but they are very delicious~ The bad thing is that the bath water cannot be adjusted accurately. It needs to be adjusted very accurately, otherwise it will be very hot or very cold~

Hotel is nice, right next to the beach and metro exit. Room was clean and normal. Bathroom has a wide shower cabin and it is generally big enough. And is separated with actual wall from the main room, not with those big glass things. Pool was “maintained”, so it was not available in this month. I saw a short video of the hotel, they showed a part of a small indoor pool, but no pictures of the pool online and no details. So maybe they don’t have it, haha. Anyway price was good and for that price, hotel pays out. Enjoy!

The front desk receptionists were efficient with checking us in. We arrived an air conditioned room and a view of the beach. Unfortunately there is construction between the hotel and the beach. At times we could hear the work being done in the morning. Nonetheless the cleanliness of the room and proximity to the beach made this trip with worth it. It was a very affordable stay.
