I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel for 3D2N. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to make my stay unforgettable. The hotel's exceptional staff, good location (just beside One Mall), and good food made it an outstanding experience. The front desk staff efficiently checked me in, making me feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had throughout my stay. Their personalized service truly went above and beyond my expectations. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Situated right beside One Mall, with lots of restaurants and indoor playground/games for kids, the hotel was perfect for family travellers like us. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to public transportation, making it even more convenient for visitors to navigate the area. The rooms were spacious and clean with good sea-view. The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout my stay. In conclusion, my time at the Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yantian. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian Hotel guarantees a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. What was confusing is that the hotel isn't 'The Clouds' but actually 'Grande Hotel' instead, which felt really misleading. The hotel however is in a good location, and despite the lobby and public areas looking modern and clean, the rooms are a little worn out. The bathroom wasn't clean and needed attention, and the rooms are very dark and do not look like the photos of many I saw online. The walls are also extremely thin, and I could hear my neighbors having a conversation and their TV next door during the night. The toiletries they give you are really small, and it just felt incredibly disappointing considering the price and location. I also found when I got home this morning I'd been bitten all over!

The balcony is also quite large, with two parts for a pool and a place for mattresses. I was originally worried that I wouldn't be able to use the soaking pool if it rained, but it turned out that the balcony glass is quite high, so if it rains lightly, the rain won't fall off, but if it rains heavily, some rain will come in. But taking a bath in the rain is also a good experience 😂 The room is also very clean, with a lot of equipment provided, such as speakers, projectors, small refrigerators, etc. The most attentive thing is that a hot compress eye mask is provided, which is really a good thing for people who are prone to insomnia🥹 The soundproofing of the room is also very good. The hotel is excellent, high standard of cleanliness, and the treatment at reception is very kind, attentive and even though we don't know how to speak Chinese, they use a device that allows us to say what we need and clarify all our doubts quickly and clearly. The room is quiet, comfortable and with all our needs met, it has all hygiene products (toothbrushes, cap and hair comb, shampoo, liquid soap and even laundry). The breakfast is varied and delicious. It is very pleasant, spacious and comfortable, we were so comfortable that we felt as if we were in our own home!

The hotel staff were very friendly and could all speak English really well. I was happy with the mini bar and my hotel window review which was really spectacular at night time. Hopefully I will be back next time I visit Futian for the weekend!

The stay was very good. The location is very good. It's a 5-6 minute walk from Haishan subway station and opposite the Yihaicheng shopping district. The overall design of the hotel is calm and restrained, and it also has a resort-style atmosphere. The lobby is grand, and the front desk lady is professional and polite! The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, clean, and very quiet. The service is very considerate. They helped to upgrade the room type and arrange the same floor. Three or five friends were on the balcony, enjoying the sea breeze, watching the night view of Yantian Port, drinking wine, and enjoying the tranquility and beauty in the bustling world

The room is big enough for the price. Very clean, the bed is comfy. Nice mountain view. Very quiet.. Big room and bathroom. I think the pillows they need to upgrade. Reasonable price. The staff are nice and helpful. The location is a little far from the beach but everything is ok. The location is just in front of the bus stop.
