Location was superb, next to train station -Fumin exit B. However, exit B do not have escalator throughout, so do take note if arriving with luggage.Room was true to pic. Room have smoke smell and was provided air purifier. Eventually got free upgraded to a bigger room within the same day. Staffs are friendly n approachable. Room is clean and water pressure was good. Laundry service is available with free detergent as well. There also a number of entries nearby. Overall, good place to stay when in Shenzhen.

I had an exceptional stay at this high-rise hotel with stunning city views. The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding skyscrapers. The location was perfect, situated in a prime area with easy access to major attractions. The staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality, consistently ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. The modern amenities included a well-equipped fitness area with exercise balls. While the room was on the smaller side, the efficient layout and contemporary furnishings made excellent use of the space. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers seeking a sophisticated urban experience.

My family had a really great 2-night stay at Jingju Hote on the 26th floor. The view was good. My kids especially enjoyed the market bazaar held in the open quad when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bright with motorized curtains. In-room amenities were good quality too. Location was pretty central in Futian district and only couple stops away to prime places for food, shopping and activities. An overall splendid hotel at an affordable price. No regrets. Thank you đ

We stayed 4 nights to celebrate Chinese New Year with family. We rented two identical 3-beds units in block E and they are great, spcious, clean, quiet. The staff are very friendly and polite. The apartment is close to Sea World, with abundant restaurants to choose from. There is also a subway station right there if needed. Behind the apartment, a hiking pathway is a plesent plus, mild climbing not very wild, efficient for moring walk. Overall, we highly recommend this service apartment, will come back.

first of all, the location is excellent. it is near to guomao subway station. there is also a large mall called king glory near to the hotel with lots of food and shopping options.
the hotel room was very clean and spacious. there were no windows, but there was a fancy wall of (fake) green plants, which gave the room a very homely and cosy vibe. we also liked the heated towel rack and the smart room assistant Xiao Du. the corridor was also clean and had a very pleasant scent.
one thing that bothered us a bit was that the aircon was blasting cold air at our faces when we slept, even though we have turned it to the smallest wind setting.

Four of us stayed overnight in 2 rooms on the same floor. When we checked in, the front desk staff were all excellent, helpful, and service with smiles, especially when we checked out they came to the rescue by ordering 2 taxis which took us to Shenzhen North Railway station in 10 to 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the variety of teas being served at the lobby, and the soothing music played on the old traditional Chinese harp by a talented lady so graceful. Also, the delicious breakfasts made our day, and last but not least the 1.5 hour complimentary laundry service topped my amazement. I strongly recommend this hotel. Once again pls convey my most appreciation to all the staff and am so grateful to the receptionist who went out personally to the street to give instructions to the cab drivers. Well done folks, way to go! đđđ

The hotel is super modern, clean and super minimalist as expected from Muji experience.
We booked a weekend getaway last minute with my husband and 13 months baby boy.
The hotel is super well located into a new and upcoming neighbourhood called upper hills. Itâs next to high end mall with plenty of restaurants and cafes options. We loved the 2 huge parks by walking distances. Overall experience was great but the hotel is lacking of facilities (Onsen, spa, pool, playroom would have been nice) and wifi wasnât working during our stay (not ok at all for the level of standard and price paidâŚ).

The hotel is located at walking distance from Dongmen Pedestrian Street with lots of restaurants nearby. The room is clean and large. The front desk staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Fan who has been most helpful in attending to all my enquiries. One of the main attractions is to be able to go directly to the hotel room floor from Shaibu metro station near Exit D2. Instead of going up the right-hand side staircase at Exit D2 proceed straight towards the restaurants. There is a lift at the end on your right that will take you up to the hotel lobby and other floors.

The room was clean and very spacious.
Check-in was quick and efficient, though the staff member at reception didnât greet me or say a wordâjust took my passport, which came across as quite rude. Overall, the staff didnât seem particularly friendly or welcoming at first. However, this changed on my last day thanks to Della. She was absolutely fantasticâshe helped me book a taxi and even walked me outside to make sure I found it. Her kindness and professionalism really turned my experience around.
The hotelâs location is excellentâeverything you might need is right nearby.
I was expecting more from the âcity view,â though. It wasnât quite what I had hoped for.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel, strategic location just in front of a metro station, though there's quite a fair bit of stairs you need to climb up, but there's an alternative route if you wish to take an escalator which is further away
One thing to improve, housekeeping service is a bit too slow... I was out and came back around 5pm but the room is still yet to be cleaned. And there seems to be no heater in the room too.

SSmartcanuckHotel is nice with a good pool for the dameisha area but very overpriced. The price of the hotel is like a 5 star international brand but it doesnât deliver like it is 5 start. The management and its owners need to really re consider their pricing and their training of staff.
Pros - hotel is new, nicely renovated, and they have hired a lot of staff who are putting in effort. Their towels are very fluffy and nice. Robe is soft, absorbent and high quality. the breakfast has some selection but the cooked items could be improved so itâs less dry but it is acceptable and not bad with a good coffee machine and some western cereal (ran out of cold milk but staff found some ) . Pool is large, clean and beautiful, (not deep) and not very chlorinated, the bar has drinks (but no food). Photography package is a good idea, but photographers needs more experience. Bathtub is pretty, has salts and loofah sponge. TV has a Chinese Netflix and western movies (but you have to know Chinese to read the selections) and it has a music selection too.
Toiletries included with a good the if travel size Colgate. Fridge had one sprite one coke two Thai brand sparkling water bottles and two water bottles. Two packets of tea available, and one pack of coffee concentrate. Generally everything was clean. Breakfast pictures are included because it was vague
Cons- BUT staff are inexperienced, too young, lack training, slow and inefficient. If they change this much money They need to hire staff that are experienced and have a details, thorough and careful training program. They need to have more managers to manage the operations and the staff to develop the necessary soft skills. The management seem unrealistic hiring many inexperienced staff trying to deliver 5 star service. Itâs better to hire more older more experienced 5 star staff with hotel experience to guide the staff instead of hiring so many very very young inexperienced staff . Though the staff are sincere and put in their best efforts but it looks like this is their first job, and I donât expect much from them. Theyâre slow, inefficient, and lost because of a lack of experience. Many of my requests were lost and required several follow reminders.
Even though I have used the new automated toilets but their toilet was difficult to use and not flushing (low water pressure) bathtub and shower are poorly designed (but look pretty) and are hard to use. Restaurant was unable to explain what their 399 set dinner was, and didnât have any photos
Manager Zhou was very effective at trying to follow up and apologising. She was thoughtful and willing to listen. But upper management needs to change, and hire more managers, and develop a detailed training program (not just 1-2 days) but much longer and more ongoing. Iâm afraid to ask if they can even speak English. Overall this hotel isnât ready, overpriced and this should just be a soft launch, with discounted prices. If youâre gonna pay this much go to another real 5 star hotel, or only book their cheapest room. But if you really like swimming then itâs worth considering cause the pool is nice.

Very cooperative hotel staff, specially would give a huge shout out to the hotel manager Gary who went out of his way to ensure I had everything i needed and accommodating special requests without hesitation. Its mostly due to such warm service (apart from the nice hotel view and breakfast) that i would highly recommend others booking this hotel and i would go again there too!

JJohnodAlthough I am primarily a business traveller, I visited the Mecure for a family stay I booked the suite to accommodate way wifeâs work and bedroom myself and child could utilise.
Excellent breakfast choice, ideal location for those familiar with SZ.
I stayed 3 nights and booked the same suite for my family to stay a further 4 nights.
So highly recommended and Stephen the manager was particularly accommodating.
Also to note the juice and goods are supplied with the room so another pleasant surprise.

CCorrienderI am satisfied with the customer service, vibe, hardware and cleanliness during my stay. The front desk staff is professional, responsive and attentive. They make my stay easier. The self-serviced laundry room is a plus as they don't charge any penny for the usage. The breakfast is above average with many choices. There is a noodle bar where around eight choices are available, which surprised me. For the room, the cleanliness is above average and the hardware is well maintained.
Suggestion: For getting into the lift, I would suggest giving a few more seconds before closing the door after someone came out. As an adult, I have to rush into the lift before the door closes. Also, please highly restrict any people smoking in the hotel as it is a major issue especially the smell in the room.

SStanley Chiuit is very close to a shopping mall and MTR station and convenient to shopping and lots of restaurant around. Good services and facilities. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to shenzhen.
